Synthetic Wigs: Have the advantage of being pre-styled and ready to wear. There is often a wide range of colours to choose from and ongoing maintenance is low as your wig remains in its pre-styled position. They can not be hear styled or coloured. Synthetic wigs can last from 6 - 12 Months if cared for correctly. Longer Length wigs will have a shorter life span as they are more prone to friction frizz when coming into contact with clothing.
Human Hair Wigs
Human Hair Wigs: are more suitable for long term conditions as they generally last longer. They must be maintained and can be heat styled as you woud your own hair and are generally more expensive than Synthetic Wigs. Human Hair wigs need a much higher level of maintenance and can be much more difficult to manage if you are feeling unwell. Sleeping with either wig will shorten its life span considerably.

SKIN TESTING POLICY
All customers are required to carry out a skin test before any colour services or keratin treatment.
You will be required to use Colour Start or the target solution 48 hours before your service.
If you experience any itching , redness or irregularity, please notify us as this will mean we will have to consider carrying out your service.
Your stylist or beautician has to examine the area or your skin test at the time of your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or reschedules require 24hr notice to avoid a 50% charge of your service.
